You have the flexibility to use our integrated live shipping rate calculator (for automatic shipping calculations) or to define your own shipping costs, providing customers with transparent and accurate shipping fees at checkout. As with your own established business, you directly manage all customer inquiries related to refunds, returns, and exchanges, fostering direct customer relationships.

Navigate Sales Tax Responsibilities with Clarity: As a business, you are accountable for remitting any applicable sales tax to the Canada Revenue Agency and other relevant governmental bodies. To aid in that, the platform automatically provides accurate tax calculations for your customers, thus enabling you to stay compliant.

Product Showcase and Quality Assurance: Showcase your products effectively by uploading high-quality images, compelling descriptions, accurate inventory details, sizing specifications, weight information, pricing, and more through your Vendor Dashboard. To uphold our commitment to quality, each published product will undergo a review and approval process within 24 hours. Izzie & Drew Marketplace Inc. reserves the right to unpublish (decline) any product that does not meet our quality standards or is deemed inappropriate in any manner.

Amplifying Your Reach Through Strategic Promotion: By joining Izzie & Drew, you grant Izzie & Drew Marketplace Inc. a license to feature your products in promotional campaigns across social media and other relevant platforms*. This collaborative approach aims to drive traffic and sales to your listings.

Note: Please note that the selection of products for promotional features is at the sole discretion of Izzie & Drew Marketplace Inc., and not all products will be included in promotional activities.

Flexible Vendor Status Management: You can cancel your Vendor status at any time, so long as you do not have any outstanding orders. Outstanding orders must be completed or money refunded prior to cancellation.

Maintaining a Trusted and High-Quality Marketplace: To ensure a positive experience for both vendors and customers, Izzie & Drew Marketplace Inc. reserves the right to suspend a vendor's store under very special circumstances, such as (a) misrepresentation of business nature (e.g. not based in Canada at all), OR (b) consistently negative customer feedback over a twelve-month period (aggregated store review falling below 2 stars).

Seamless Transactions in Canadian Currency: All product pricing must be listed in Canadian Dollars, and vendor payouts will also be processed in Canadian Dollars. It is your responsibility to ensure your designated bank account is capable of receiving deposits/wire transfers and complies with all applicable regulations regarding online payments.

Your application to join our unified marketplace: The initial vendor registration on Izzie & Drew serves as your application to join our curated marketplace. The information provided during the application and setup process will be carefully evaluated to determine your suitability as a vendor. We encourage you to present your business and products in the most compelling manner possible. Izzie & Drew Marketplace Inc. reserves the right to decline any vendor application deemed unsuitable for our platform (e.g., vendors actively promoting hate speech or discriminatory content).
